7 simple tips for staying healthy in the office
Having a routine is great, but sitting at a desk for hours at a time is not. If you spend a chunk of your day staring at a computer screen, it’s important to remember that your physical well-being is just as important as your work! Here are some simple tips for integrating healthy habits into your office life:
BYOF (Bring Your Own Food)
One of the best ways to start being healthier at work is to bring your own food. If you tend to eat at restaurants or order out for lunch or dinner, try to pack your own meals so they include a healthy balance of protein, fiber, and carbs. This will help you to avoid food with excessive sugar or salt. If you eat well, you will feel less hungry later.
